Our Paint Shop
Our downdraft, baking paint booth and Sherwin Williams paint
system allows a matching and enduring finish. This is a
basecoat/clearcoat (or commonly called a two-stage) paint. It is
guaranteed. The paint is applied in our DeVilbiss Concept/Cure Down Draft Spray Booth. This provides a
clean, well-lighted spray area to isolate shop
dust and dirt away from the painting area. It also provides a
safe means of controlling and removing paint overspray and
hazardous vapors from the spray area. It is designed to meet
OSHA requirements. Cars stay in the booth as a heater is
activated to transfer high temperature, filtered air into the
booth. This warm air is recycled for fuel economy. The car's
paint is cured for 25-40 minutes at approximately 140 degrees.
